The Service is provided for business and institutional use. We do not provide investment advice, financial planning, or legal counsel.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL LANDIA HOLDING CORP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination
